In South Africa the 9th of August is Women’s Day, and in essence the month of August is for our ladies too, so it comes as no surprise and in keeping with our own traditions that we dedicate our August 2019 edition of the magazine to all the women in motoring.
Every article and review has been conducted and authored by our female team members, which includes Kate’s racetrack debut at the infamous Nürburgring in a Mercedes-AMG GT R Pro.
Then Ichika learns to drive a Honda Formula One car in Portugal. Other reviews include that of the BMW M850i xDrive Convertible, the Audi TT 45 TFSI Roadster, the KIA Proceed, the Porsche 911 Carrera 4S, the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ (driven on very wet roads) and the Mercedes-AMG GT 63S 4-door Coupe.
Then three of the girls each grab a luxury supermini, namely, the Mini Cooper, Audi A1 and Ford Fiesta, and head off on a road trip through Kent, England to see which is best.
We feature an incredible story about rising female racing star Tatiana Caledron who has her eyes fixed firmly on F1, and in a special and exclusive interview Nadia catches up with Malaysian female racing superstar and drift sensation Leona Chin.
Its burning rubber and high-octane from the first page to the last, but all done with female finesse.
